1. Homeowners or condo association documents
2. Survey
3. Floor plan
4. Seller’s disclosure
5. HOA Budget/financial statements
6. Contacts for the management company, homeowners or board members in charge
7. Utility bills
8. Service companies taking care of the property
9. List of major remodel projects and system or appliance upgrades as well as special features of the home
10. Warranties that are still in effect
