When your home is on the market, ask your agent what information is important to have on hand. Here is a list of 10 good items:
- Homeowners or condo association documents
- Survey
- Floor plan
- Seller’s disclosure
- HOA Budget/financial statements
- Contacts for the management company, homeowners or board members in charge
- Utility bills
- Service companies taking care of the property
- List of major remodel projects and system or appliance upgrades as well as special features of the home
- Warranties that are still in effect
