Sell Your House, Not Your Decorating

Your home is on the market, but it’s the holiday season and you want to decorate….

Before you do, I think it’s important to ask your agent how much is too much. Sure you have enough to create a winter wonderland in your home. But if no one can see past the 50 snow globes in the family room, then all you’ve sold them on is your decorating, not how great your house is.
