If you decide to rent your property and have a property manager handling the rental, here is a suggestion… Give the property manager the list of vendors that you have used and liked. That way if any issue comes up with your home, there is a good chance they know the history of the property. This can sometimes help resolve an issue faster. Plus, you trust their work.

This creates a win-win situation in making the property manager’s job easier and you feel better about who is keeping up your home!
