Make Sure They Are All On … And Working!

The other day my housekeeper asked if I wanted her to replace the burned out bulb in the bathroom.
“It’s out?” I asked. And as I walked into the room, sure enough one of the three bulbs was not lit. I didn’t even notice it.

But when your house is on the market, it’s important not only to know if your lights are burned out, but to get them replaced too!

They offer a better ability to see a room; they enhanced the feel of a room; and most of all,
they provide greater comfort to buyers when they see that they’re all working.

So look inside and out to see if you have any of these culprits dimming your next showing:
